Fixed an error when saving Find and Replace jurisdiction match advanced rule

We’ve fixed an issue where you couldn’t save advanced rules that used the Find and Replace jurisdiction match option. AvaTax incorrectly returned the error An invalid exception handler routine has been detected.

This issue occurred when you configured rules with jurisdiction-based conditions. For example, matching Ship-To country values such as CA and assigning an entity use code like WET-QC.
